Founding-member offer — first 10 experts. Lock the $99/mo founding rate for as long as you stay subscribed; we never raise it on you. The first chronology is free on either plan, precisely so you can judge the quality before you ever pay. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.

Per case vs. monthly

Which plan fits how you practice.

Same engine and same citation fidelity on both — the difference is volume and the back-half-of-the-engagement tools. If you run more than about two cases a month, the monthly plan is cheaper per case and adds the Rule 26 package and invoicing.

Pricing questions, answered straight

Billing, cancellation, and what counts.

Is the first chronology really free? Do I need a card?
Yes, and no. Your first page-cited chronology is free, on a case you choose, with no card required to start — so you can judge citation fidelity on your own bundle before you pay anything. If you'd rather not upload real records yet, the synthetic sample on the homepage lets you see the quality without signing up at all.
How does billing work on each plan?
Per case, you pay $79 for one full chronology when you run a case — no subscription, nothing recurring. Monthly is a flat $99/mo founding rate ($149 list) for unlimited chronologies plus the Rule 26 package and invoicing, billed month-to-month. Either way the first chronology is free, so your first charge only happens after you've seen the work.
What counts as one "case"?
One case is one matter — the bundle counsel sent you for a single engagement, however many PDFs and pages that is. A 200-page bundle and a 2,000-page bundle are both one case; we don't meter by the page. If a matter later gets a supplemental production, refreshing that same case's chronology isn't a new case. On the monthly plan it's moot — chronologies are unlimited.
Can I cancel anytime? What happens to the founding rate?
Yes. The monthly plan is month-to-month with no contract — cancel anytime, effective at the end of the period. Founding members keep the $99/mo rate for as long as they stay subscribed; we never raise it on you. The per-case option has nothing to cancel — you simply pay when you run a case. Chronologies you've already exported are yours to keep whether or not you stay.
Which should I pick — per case or monthly?
If you handle the occasional engagement, $79 per chronology means you only pay when you have a bundle to process. If you carry a steady caseload — roughly two or more cases a month — the $99/mo unlimited plan is cheaper per case and adds the auto-maintained Rule 26 package and invoicing. You can switch either direction later, so start where you are now.
Is my data private? Do you train on my records?
No. Your records never train anyone's AI. They're encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated to your own tenant, never sold or shared, and you control retention including permanent deletion on request. Privacy here isn't a billing tier — it's the same architecture on every plan, including the free first chronology.
